Engine Tuning Bosch

With this tunig module you have the possibility to tune, resp. optimize the power of tractors, combine harvesters, telehandlers, etc. which are equipped with a Bosch VP44 injection pump. The optimization needs to be carried out by a specialized workshop on a motor brake since an additional power of up to 20 % will be reached by this module. The power will be adjusted in 15 steps by a rotary switch what enables a precise setting. The module can be installed by systems pins into the engine compartment of the vehicle within 15 minutes. The power characteristic curve of your engine is not simply increased or even worsened as it is the case with some suppliers of cheap modules, but levelled out and also significantly improved in the torque performance in low and high torque areas. Take a look at the power characteristic curve we measured and convince yourself of it! In addition, we do not support a cut-off of the electronics from the cabin since you will receive an "explosive" temperature expansion in the motor block what can cause hairline cracks or cylinder head damages by switching on more power with full motor charge. Thus the lifetime of your motor will dramatically be reduced. Our electronics are tested at our own farm and developped under realistic conditions in the machine. After testing in the machine, the electronics have to pass long-term climatic and mechanical tests. - The result: an optimal electronics for you and your machine!
